Live Healthy, eat healthy foods, get enough sleep, exercise regularly, and avoid drugs and alcohol. Manage stress and go for regular medical check-ups.
•Practice good hygiene. Good hygiene is important for social, medical, and psychological reasons in that it not only reduces the risk of illness, but it also improves the way others view you and ultimately how you view yourself.
•See friends to build your sense of belonging. Consider joining a group related to your personal interests, it’s a great way to make new friends.
•Try to do something you enjoy every day. That might mean dancing, watching a favorite TV show, working in the garden, painting, writing or reading.

About Ben:
Artist, Creative Director, Coach.
I started training at Ballet Hawaii as a ballet dancer in The Vagonava Method at the age of 6 with Shamil Yagudin, late Artistic Director of the Bolshoi Ballet. At 12, I started training in Balanchine Technique under Robert Barnett. I was offered my first professional job with Tau Dance Theater from Peter Rockford-Espiritu at the age of 15.
I've trained/danced with: Ballet Hawaii, Marin Dance Theater, Tau Dance Theater, SF Ballet/School, The School of American Ballet/NYCBallet, Suzanne Farrell Ballet and CIncinnati Ballet (just to name a few).
In my twenties, I trained in the art of bodybuilding under the tutelage of the "Godfather of Bodybuilding" Charles Glass, along with Former Mr. California NPC Contra Costa Middleweight overall winner Shawn Lasley. For a cumulative 5 years I was a manager at Equinox West Hollywood and West LA and then later ran a start-up called THE WALL Fitness for 2 years pre-pandemic.
I'm a certified coach, group fitness instructor and master ballet teacher with a lifetime of experience in the art of movement. But at the core of my being I am an artist who uses my creative gifts to help people see and reach their life goals while looking and feeling beautiful.
